We clean with air vs. water for about 95% of the homes we service annually. We use 100 psi of air pressure vs. a pressure washer that distributes 1200 psi to 3000 psi plus 2 to 12 gallons of water per minute.
Moss treatments applied on your roof are activated by natural rain.
NOTE: The pressure from water when pressure washing along with the volumes of water used in cleaning removes unnecessary granules from composition roofs, layers of wood from shake roofs and increases more stress on tiles along wtih removing surface color on older tile roofs.
